1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of Bella’s Hairstyles’ services and website, including our online booking system and product sales. By using our services or making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.2 Bella’s Hairstyles reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
2. Booking and Appointments
2.1 All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm the appointment. No booking is considered confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
2.2 The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service.
2.3 Payments are processed through Bank Transfers & Cash.
2.4 Bella’s Hairstyles reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time. We will make every effort to provide reasonable notice in such cases.
2.5 If you are late for your appointment, it is at Bella’s discretion whether to proceed with the service. Late arrivals may incur an additional charge and/or a reduced service time.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment time will receive a full refund of the deposit.
3.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
3.3 As hairdressing is a service, we do not offer refunds once the service has been completed. Clients must confirm they are satisfied with their style before leaving the premises, as adjustments can be made at this time.
4. Products and Accessories
4.1 Bella’s Hairstyles sells hair products and accessories both online and in-person. These sales are subject to our return policy, available upon request.
4.2 Clients may request Bella to purchase hair for braiding services. Payment for such hair must be made in advance and is non-refundable once purchased.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Clients are responsible for informing Bella’s Hairstyles of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the service.
5.2 Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided to maintain the quality of their hairstyle.
6. Photography and Marketing
6.1 By using our services, you grant Bella’s Hairstyles permission to use photographs of your hairstyle for marketing purposes, including on social media platforms.
6.2 If you wish to opt out of having your photographs used, please inform us in writing before your appointment.
7. Age Restrictions
7.1 Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who can provide consent for the service.
7.2 Bella’s Hairstyles reserves the right to refuse service to minors for certain styles or treatments at our discretion.
8. Health and Safety
8.1 Bella’s Hairstyles adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
8.2 Clients must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect the service.
8.3 We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health or safety risk to the client or our staff.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All hairstyle designs and techniques created by Bella’s Hairstyles remain our intellectual property.
9.2 Clients may not reproduce or use our designs for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
10. Privacy Policy

11. Complaints Procedure
11.1 If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us in writing within 7 days of your appointment.
11.2 We will make every effort to resolve your complaint in a timely and satisfactory manner.
12. Gift Vouchers
12.1 Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
12.2 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
13. Pricing and Payment Terms
13.1 Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honoured.
13.2 We may offer promotional discounts or special offers from time to time. These are subject to their own specific terms and conditions.
14. Termination of Services
14.1 Bella’s Hairstyles reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an appointment at any time if a client is abusive, disruptive, or violates these terms and conditions.
15. Liability and Indemnity
15.1 Bella’s Hairstyles maintains professional indemnity and liability insurance as required by law.
15.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bella’s Hairstyles shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
